Calling all ambitious women with ground breaking entrepreneurial ideas! We Innovate is a dynamic programme designed to empower women-led teams, equipping them with the skills, strategies, and support needed to turn their visions into thriving businesses.

Phase 1 February – March: Ignite Your Potential
15 business ideas will kickstart their journey with weekly transformative masterclasses, coaching and mentorship. These sessions tackle the essentials, including:
- Customer Discovery: Understanding your market.
- Personal Branding: Standing out with confidence.
- Legal Basics & IP: Protecting your ideas.
- Pitch Performance & Deck Building: Delivering your story with impact.
- Fundraising & Leadership: Unlocking resources and inspiring others.
Phase 2 April – May: Accelerate Your Growth
10 exceptional participants will continue on the programme to benefit from 6 weeks of intensive coaching and mentoring, where they’ll refine their strategies and strengthen their entrepreneurial acumen, using the £500 boost grant secured during this phase of the programme.
Phase 3 May - June: Fund Your Future
5 ideas will be accepted to compete for the ultimate prize: the chance to apply for £15,000 in funding to bring their business ideas to life.

About We Innovate and Imperial College London: 11 Years of WE Innovate
In 2014, Imperial launched the first women’s entrepreneurship competition at a UK university with one clear objective: to address the stark inequalities faced by female founders. Ten years on, the programme has supported over 500 women, who have collectively raised more than £37.5 million for their ventures.
Imperial College London have now partnered with Swansea University, Queens University Belfast, University of Glasgow and Durham University to create WEInnovate National, to bring this incredible initiative, offering local women entrepreneurs the tools, connections, and funding opportunities to transform their ideas into impactful businesses. Join us as We Innovate inspires the next generation of visionary women across the UK.
